Advent can be a stressful and busy time of year. If we don’t take some time to personally connect with Christ during this season, we cannot expect to prepare our own students for the coming of Christ. These reflections, based on the readings for each Sunday of Advent, will help catechists and religion teachers get into the spirit of Advent. They will challenge religious educators to take actions that will push them deeper into a relationship with Christ so they can create opportunities for an encounter with God for their students leading up to Christmas.
