USCCB on US Economic Life

The USCCB has a great new resource on their website titled “Catholic Teaching on Economic Life.” They have made it the clearing house for information on Catholic Social teaching. If you teach social justice, bookmark it now and refer back to it later this year. You will find resources and information on the Church’s Catholic Social Teaching, videos, podcasts, up-to-date statements from the USCCB on policy issues, and links to other related sites.

Two current events make this particularly relevant. As President Obama and Congress continue to work toward a better healthcare system, it will be important to stay informed about where the bishops stand on the agreements that will be made. With the recent publication of Caritas in Veritate, they have begun working on new resources to display here.
